As the in-house expert for leave administration, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with federal and state laws, including the Family Medical Leave Act and Workers Compensation regulations. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Administer leave policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Provide guidance to employees on leave-related matters
  • Process disability insurance claims
  • Manage worker's compensation claims
  • Support other HR functions as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in leave administration
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Self-starter with a logical approach to problem-solving
