About the Job

The Administrative Coordinator will support our goal of delivering exceptional service by driving current projects and new company initiatives. This role will advance projects tied to company growth, business continuity, technology platforms, and creating or updating site post-specific instructions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the Director of Administrative Services to provide critical support in driving current projects and new company initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Operations and Payroll Coordinators to ensure quality services meet customer expectations and contract requirements.
  • Develop expertise in using field technology and provide support to Field Management in its use.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A strong understanding of business operations and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
