**Salary & Benefits**

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $87,620.00 per annum, with an additional $5,000 salary increase for those holding a Pennsylvania PE License. **Job Description**

This strategic contract administrator will be responsible for managing third-party service contracts, ensuring consistent and timely performance in accordance with standards and specifications. Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing existing contracts, scheduling work, dispatching services, monitoring performance, resolving disputes, reviewing and approving invoices, and maintaining contract administration files.
  • Monitoring financial expenditures, alerting supervisors to premature exhaustion of funds, and ensuring timely contract renewal.
  • Evaluating contracting needs and developing blanket/requirements contracts as required.
  • Providing interface between EM&C and Purchasing, entering requisitions, tracking procurement activity status, and expediting procurement processes.
  • Preparing periodic reports on progress and contractor compliance with progress schedules.
  • Managing acquisition of non-contract materials or services within current contract responsibility.
  • Developing and administering new contracts, evaluating service requirements, defining scope of work, sourcing, and post-award contract performance management.


**Required Skills & Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, applicants must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology Management, or a related field, with four years of satisfactory employment experience in administrative/financial areas of procurement, project/contract management, contract administration, and civil construction. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered. Strong personal computer skills, proficiency in MS software applications, excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, and a valid driver's license are essential.
