Key Responsibilities

As a Brokerage Director, you will interact directly with prospects to maximize results from our direct-to-consumer advertising program, work with agents to generate life and annuity sales, and build sales for the agency.

Requirements
  • Able to identify, qualify, and close prospective leads.
  • Build long-term professional relationships with clients, advisors, and financial intermediaries.
  • Competitive and energetic personality.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in sales or marketing, with a Bachelor's degree required.
