- Preferred: Cruise operations or large hotel environment experience.
- Culinary Arts: In-depth knowledge of culinary arts, including advanced understanding of various cuisines, cooking techniques, and food presentation.
- Food Safety: Comprehensive knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP principles, and commitment to ensuring a safe and sanitary kitchen environment.
- Menu Planning: Strong understanding of menu planning, development, and optimization, with the ability to create innovative and appealing culinary offerings.
- Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinking and planning skills to align culinary operations with overall business objectives.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey culinary concepts and build strong relationships.

The base salary for this role is $120,800 - $170,000, with opportunities for bonuses and equity incentives.
