Job Summary

Riviera Dining Group Inc is seeking a skilled Food Expeditor to join our team at Claudie - Upscale Dining. As a key member of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of service between the kitchen and the dining area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and organizing food orders to ensure timely delivery to the dining area
  • Coordinating with the culinary team to prioritize orders and maintain a smooth service flow
  • Communicating effectively with the dining staff to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards and presented to the guests in a timely manner
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Food Expeditor or in a similar role in a fine dining establishment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a restaurant setting
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
