A Day in the Life

As a Senior Private Client Advisor on the Private Client Services team, you will be responsible for successfully supporting a high-volume book of business to our Private Client clientele. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing client exposures, loss experience, and current coverages to recommend appropriate products and services.
  • Presenting clients with accurate market data from appropriate resources to advise and counsel on complex risks.
  • Providing proactive day-to-day client service by anticipating and evaluating client needs and responding to client questions and issues.
  • Gathering information from clients related to risk management needs, financial loss tolerance, and evaluating and proposing a variety of solutions to manage client's risk.
  • Creating and presenting renewal proposals to existing clients and conducting annual interactive Client Advisory reviews.
  • Accountable for client retention through delivery of exceptional client service and new business development through referrals and expanded client programs.
  • Negotiating with multiple insurance carriers to provide comprehensive coverage options for clients and prospects, while conforming to all laws, regulations, and requirements governing the insurance industry.

Our Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong track record in personal lines insurance, particularly with high net worth clientele. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 5 years' experience in personal lines insurance with high net worth clientele.
  • Property & Casualty (P&C) License.
  • Client service orientation with a balance on managing expectations.
  • Ability to travel for client and company meetings as needed.

Additional Qualifications

The following qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Professional designations, such as CPCU, CIC, CPRIA, etc.
  • Previous experience with luxury carriers, such as AIG, Chubb, PURE.
