Position Overview: As an Associate in Seattle, you will be integral to our investment team, assisting in the discovery, assessment, and management of investment prospects. You will collaborate closely with senior team members to perform detailed due diligence, analyze financial metrics, and support investment decisions. Additionally, you will engage with our portfolio companies, not only overseeing performance but also participating in essential value enhancement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investment opportunities, encompassing financial assessments, market evaluations, competitive analyses, and risk evaluations.
  • Develop and maintain intricate financial models to assess potential investments, including cash flow forecasts, valuation assessments, and sensitivity analyses.
  • Facilitate the coordination of all parties involved in prospective deal opportunities, including brokers, legal advisors, third-party diligence providers, co-investors, and internal operations.
  • Draft and review investment memorandums, deal bid letters, and investment analyses for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in maintaining a database of the firm's relationships with deal sources and service providers.
  • Collaborate with management teams of portfolio companies to monitor performance, implement value-adding initiatives, and track key performance indicators.
  • Support the preparation of quarterly and annual investor reports, along with other ad-hoc reports and analyses as needed.

Required Skills and Attributes:

Candidate Requirements:

  • Strong academic background and achievements.
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven M&A and deal execution experience from a leading investment bank or private equity firm.
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S.
