We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Account Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting new business opportunities while providing exceptional customer service and retention skills to maintain our existing client base.

The ideal candidate will possess a consultative selling approach, matching prospects' needs to our services and aiming to secure long-term partnerships. Key responsibilities will include developing lists of prospective accounts and key contacts, cold calling companies in proximity to our clients, and utilizing our Salesforce CRM system to track and follow up on leads.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent presentation and communication skills, as well as the ability to meet or exceed sales activity goals for new sales on a monthly basis. Periodic overnight travel may be required.

Qualifications for this position include a professional presentation, confidence, and a high level of self-esteem. A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a minimum of four years of sales experience with proven results is also required. Completion of sales courses in Strategic Selling and Sales Negotiation is a plus. Additionally, excellent written, verbal, and listening skills, as well as knowledge of Microsoft Office and Salesforce or a comparable CRM tool, are essential.
