Job Overview

Crystal Clean Duct Service, LLC, a division of E.E. Wine, Inc., is seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive business growth and expansion. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in sales strategy and execution to identify and partner with new and existing clients, generating new business opportunities and closing deals through proven sales methods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Owner/CEO to develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy, including effective sales presentations and pitches.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with prospects, clients, and partners through cold calling, email, and social media outreach.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, working closely with existing clients to drive organic growth.
  • Set and exceed sales targets, analyzing sales metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and present weekly sales reports to senior leadership, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive sales success.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a proven track record of successful telemarketing and/or outside B2B sales experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate with clients and partners.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, such as Act, Salesforce, or similar products.
  • A coachable and team-oriented personality, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization.
  • A hunter mentality, with a strong work ethic and the ability to achieve aggressive sales goals.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Local to Northern Virginia, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
