Lead Service Associate Job Description

As a Lead Service Associate at Rite Aid of Pennsylvania Inc, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our stores. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise and assist Store Associates with daily operational tasks, while also providing top-notch customer service and maintaining a safe, clean, and pleasing environment for customers and associates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and assist Store Associates with daily operational tasks, including receiving and stocking procedures, merchandising tasks, and cash handling.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and pleasing environment for customers and associates, adhering to company standards and policies.
  • Design and implement effective schedules and workflows to ensure efficient store operations and maximize sales growth.
  • Collaborate with Store Managers and other team members to achieve sales goals and improve store performance.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
  • At least one (1) year of experience in retail, food service, restaurant, or customer service industry, preferably at a supervisor level.
