About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at The Bartell Drug Company. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supervising store associates, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Support Store Associates: Provide guidance and support to store associates to ensure they are meeting customer needs and performing their duties effectively.
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and provide a positive role model for store associates to follow.
  • Operational Tasks: Assist with daily operational tasks, including receiving and stocking merchandise, processing transactions, and maintaining a safe and clean store environment.
  • Merchandising and Visual Displays: Ensure that merchandise is properly displayed and maintained, and that visual displays are attractive and appealing to customers.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management tasks, including counting and reconciling cash register drawers, preparing deposits, and ordering change from the bank.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a safe, clean, and pleasing environment for customers and associates.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
  • Experience: At least one (1) year of experience in retail, food service, restaurant, or customer service industry, preferably at a supervisor level.
