Job Title: Senior Director of Development

At the Center for Nonprofit Management, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director of Development to join our team. This is a hybrid work position that requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively with our staff and stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to secure major gifts, corporate sponsorships, and other revenue streams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate sponsors, major donors, and other stakeholders to ensure continuous revenue growth.
  • Manage a portfolio of major donors and corporate partners, identifying new opportunities and stewarding existing relationships.
  • Develop and implement a donor database and online e-marketing tools to enhance fundraising efforts.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and CDO to develop and implement a comprehensive resource development strategy.
Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of experience in fundraising with progressive responsibilities, including managing and directing teams.
  • Proven track record of securing and growing financial support through major gifts, corporate sponsorships, and other revenue streams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Experience working with donor databases, online e-marketing tools, and other fundraising software.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Non-Profit Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Internships in the Non-Profit field, with concentrations in event planning, marketing, and fundraising preferred.

This is a hybrid work position that requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively with our staff and stakeholders. The employee will be expected to be in the office at least two days a week: Mondays and one other day of the employee's choosing.
