About the Team:

The Offerings Operations team is a newly established group within UKG's Pricing and Strategy organization. This team is focused on a variety of strategic initiatives, including identifying opportunities, shaping priorities, ensuring competitive pricing, and understanding our market position. The team collaborates across different outcome lifecycles to ensure a comprehensive and thoughtful strategic direction for UKG. They are responsible for designing and facilitating the process from Idea to Offering, ensuring that our offerings are cohesive and supported by streamlined processes and technology.

About the Role:

As the Senior Manager of Strategic Business Processes, you will be instrumental in designing and managing UKG's Idea to Offering Process. Your collaboration with Product, Pricing, Marketing, IT, Finance, and other departments will be crucial in developing and implementing new offerings that align with our business practices and objectives. You will lead cross-functional teams in the introduction of new offerings and the development of new business capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assess existing new product introduction processes against industry best practices and create a phased improvement program.
  2. Oversee a decision stage gate, prioritizing new offering requests and assisting requestors in preparing their business plans.
  3. Guide significant new offerings through the decision-making and implementation phases.
  4. Identify and establish future commercial capabilities necessary for the successful launch of new offerings.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in designing and managing complex cross-functional business processes.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in software, finance, or consulting.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in enterprise SaaS pricing, strategy, or operations.
  • Familiarity with Six Sigma or similar quality-control methodologies.
