Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the planning, management, and execution of a Customer Success Operations team dedicated to product management and development support for various teams within Customer Success, focusing on their AI tooling requirements.
  • Utilizing your knowledge of Oracle infrastructure and AI technologies to support cross-functional initiatives aimed at process enhancement, AI integration, and tool development.
  • Providing strategic guidance to business units regarding initiative prioritization and the implementation of Oracle AI technologies.
  • Ensuring alignment of development efforts with the System Development Life Cycle and compliance standards.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of developers and individual contributors in the deployment of AI solutions within Customer Success, while also enhancing existing systems.
  • Staying informed about emerging AI technologies and industry best practices to drive compliance and innovation within the organization.
  • Collaborating with various internal teams to establish a comprehensive AI infrastructure roadmap that meets the needs of the supported internal organizations.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to formulate both short-term and long-term strategies for new tooling and AI implementations.
  • Engaging with Oracle cloud infrastructure teams and security divisions to ensure all changes adhere to compliance requirements.
  • Fostering professional relationships across all levels of the organization while providing regular updates to leadership within Customer Success Operations.
  • Managing a team of 6 or more employees, setting performance goals, and collaborating with team members to establish measurable objectives.

Qualifications:
Education:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field of Product Management.

Experience:
Minimum of 4 years in product management, with a proven track record of leading strategic, multi-functional projects. Demonstrated experience in managing and mentoring teams of developers and project managers, along with familiarity with Oracle Cloud and AI technologies.

Skills and Competencies:
Strong understanding of AI, software development, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) capabilities. Proven ability to oversee the implementation of AI solutions and integrations, particularly with Cohere and Oracle GenAI solutions, as well as skills in LLM and RAG integrations. Excellent product management skills with a history of delivering complex projects on schedule and within budget. Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to effectively manage a geographically dispersed team. Knowledgeable in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), roadmap planning, and software development tools such as Jira.

Preferred Experience:
Experience with process improvement methodologies, including Lean or Six Sigma.
