Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Manufacturing Operations Manager to supervise and coordinate activities in one or more major manufacturing functions. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in high-performance manufacturing environments, excellent attention to detail, and strong leadership skills. This role requires a critical thinker with excellent analytical abilities, able to motivate teams and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan work and production for the shift, ensuring associates have necessary resources and information.
  • Observe associate performance, evaluate processes, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain attendance records, manage overtime schedules, and ensure efficient use of equipment and manpower.
  • Coordinate with various departments to meet production control schedules and maintain continuous flow of production.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-5 years' experience in manufacturing supervision, preferably in a team-based environment.
  • Strong project management skills, including ability to develop product specifications.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with ability to lead and motivate teams.

Estimated salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
