Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a Manufacturing Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes.

You will be working closely with our production team to monitor and maintain product quality, perform equipment setups, and operate machinery safely and efficiently. Your attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks will be essential in meeting our high standards.

We are looking for someone who can work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. If you have a strong background in manufacturing and experience with machine operation, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Strong mechanical and computer skills.
  • Excellent English language skills.
