Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate educator who can provide individualized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement IEPs: Create and regularly update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that cater to the unique needs of each student.
  • Differentiated Instruction: Provide tailored teaching methods that address the varying learning styles and abilities of students.
  • Assessment and Progress Monitoring: Conduct regular assessments to identify areas of strength and weakness, and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.
  • Behavior Management: Implement effective behavior management plans to support student success.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Special Education: A degree in Special Education or a related field is required.
  • Valid Teaching Certification: Hold a valid state teaching certification in Special Education.
  • Experience Working with Students with Special Needs: Previous experience working with students with special needs is preferred.
  • Strong Instructional and Classroom Management Skills: Demonstrate strong instructional and classroom management skills.
