Echocardiography Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Echocardiography Technologist to join our team at Windham Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate professional to contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

About the Role:

• We offer a competitive salary of $62,000 - $82,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
• The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced clinical environment, performing echocardiography procedures using Philips EPIQ Echo Machines and EPIC Computer System IV Insertion.
• This is a part-time position working 4 x 10-hour shifts every third Sunday, from 0645 to 1715 hours.

Responsibilities:

1. Schedule and perform echocardiography procedures in accordance with hospital protocols and guidelines.
2. Maintain accurate records and reports of procedures performed.
3. Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
4. Stay up-to-date with the latest echocardiography techniques and technologies through ongoing education and training.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
• Current certification as a Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) or Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDMS).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic clinical environment.
