About the Role

The Document Control Coordinator will provide administrative support to the quality department, with a focus on document control procedures. This role is ideal for an organized and detail-oriented individual who can maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with quality management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revising and maintaining Quality Management Systems Documents
  • Maintaining revision control of various document types
  • Documenting release records and distributing notifications
  • Coordinating and conducting training sessions to support the QMS
  • Performing limited contract reviews
  • Setting up and maintaining required files in hard copy and electronic formats
  • Creating and compiling certification packages, First Article Inspection (FAI), and Production Lot Testing (PLT) documentation
  • Supporting the Quality Manager during internal and external audits
  • Maintaining department supplies as needed
  • Frequent interaction with customer representatives
  • Assisting the Quality Manager with tasks to support the Quality Management System
Requirements
  • US Citizen or permanent resident
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years in a clerical or administrative function
  • Manufacturing background desirable
  • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal forms
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience in the use of Microsoft SharePoint
  • Advanced computer/typing skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills required with ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
  • Ability to work independently
