As a Document Control Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the quality department with administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our Quality Management System.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Control: Follow established procedures to revise Quality Management Systems Documents, maintain revision control, and document release records.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate, conduct, and record training sessions to support the Quality Management System.
  • Contract Review: Perform limited contract review and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • File Management: Set up, organize, and maintain required files in hard copy and electronically to support the Quality Management System.
  • Certification and Compliance: Create and compile certification packages, First Article Inspection (FAI), and/or Production Lot Testing (PLT) documentation.
  • Support to Quality Manager: Assist the Quality Manager during internal and external audits, and maintain department supplies as needed.
  • Customer Interaction: Frequent and direct interaction with customer representatives.
Requirements
  • US Citizenship or Permanent Residency: Required.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • Aerospace Manufacturing Background: Required.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, experience in Microsoft SharePoint, and advanced computer/typing skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
  • Independence: Must be able to work independently.
