Fuss & O'Neill Manufacturing Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Industrial Support Specialist to join our team in Manchester, CT.

Job Summary

The Industrial Support Specialist will work as part of a team of manufacturing and safety professionals to provide shop-floor hands-on training, develop and integrate machine-specific maintenance and reliability procedures, assess machine safeguarding, conduct shop-floor maintenance training, and provide related services to a broad industrial and commercial client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with clients to assess their equipment safeguarding and maintenance program needs
  • Develop safeguarding solutions and integrate guarding solutions into existing machine controls and operations
  • Perform facility and site surveys to identify areas for improvement
  • Assess operations to support on-going improvement programs
Requirements
  • College degree in mechanical, electromechanical, or industrial technology, or closely related field
  • At least 3 years of work relevant experience
  • Ability to travel to client sites throughout southern New England
  • Ability to effectively manage project timelines
  • Valid driver's license
