About the Role

The Administrative Supervisor plays a pivotal role in the smooth operation of our offices, overseeing administrative tasks, supervising staff, and contributing to the development of reports and projects. This position requires a unique blend of administrative expertise, leadership skills, and ability to work collaboratively with the Director and other departments.

Responsibilities


  • Administrative Oversight - Manage day-to-day office operations, including supervising, training, and evaluating administrative staff.
  • Reporting and Project Support - Assist the Director in creating reports and projects as assigned, utilizing administrative expertise and leadership skills.
  • Staff Supervision - Supervise administrative staff, provide guidance, and support their growth and development.
  • HR, Payroll, and Billing - Review and manage HR, payroll, and billing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Operational Review - Regularly review office operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic changes to enhance efficiency.
  • Team Collaboration - Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Training and Development - Maintain currency in administrative software and systems, providing training and support to subordinate staff.


Qualifications


  • Education - Associate Degree or equivalent in business or a related field.
  • Experience - 3 years in an administrative environment, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is approximately $85,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
