Position Overview

Role Summary: As a Senior Tax Consultant at Corporate Solutions Tech, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with tax regulations while providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee client engagements, ensuring adherence to the firm's quality assurance protocols.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with partners regarding the status of client projects.
  • Identify and address technical challenges, proposing solutions for prompt resolution.
  • Lead and inspire team members through effective training and recognition initiatives.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of U.S. tax regulations concerning foreign entity ownership by U.S. individuals.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and deliver constructive feedback in a timely manner.
  • Understand the financial dynamics of the firm's operations.
  • Manage client billing processes effectively.
  • Assist management in policy and procedural decisions, providing necessary support to the team.
  • Take on additional administrative and supervisory tasks, including recruitment and leading professional development sessions as needed.
  • Mentor junior staff and provide training to both staff and senior members.
  • Stay informed on current technical and regulatory developments.
  • Support other tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in public accounting or a related field.
  • CPA certification is mandatory.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, along with experience in QuickBooks and similar accounting software.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism and diplomacy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, capable of articulating issues to all management levels.
  • A positive mindset and eagerness to learn.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites, including potential overnight stays.
  • Flexibility to work overtime when necessary.
  • Proven management skills, including effective delegation, work review, timely feedback, and involvement in scheduling and workflow management.
