Contract Accounting Manager

Job Summary:
Adams and Associates, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Contract Accounting Manager to provide oversight of the company's regional Finance departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in developing and producing financial tools and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the financial operations of regional Finance departments, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and produce financial reports, including routine and special reports, to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with Center Finance staff to improve financial productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency.
- Assist with the development and review of financial data and reports used to support budget management and control.
- Compile monthly summaries of contract financial performance for corporate management review.
- Provide detailed review of Center reports to corporate management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or related business field) required.
- 3-plus years of experience in Accounting and/or Finance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent spreadsheet proficiency and organizational skills.
- Experience with MICROSOFT DYNAMICS SL (Solomon) and PayCom is desired.
Working Conditions:
Extensive travel may be required for this position.
