Job Summary

CareDx, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Transplant Account Manager to drive adoption and volume growth of our transplant diagnostics portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and strategic account management, with a focus on the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
  • Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and influencers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative solutions that address customer needs
  • Manage the sales pipeline and growth strategies to track progress towards objectives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required, advance degree (e.g., MBA) preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years sales or strategic account management experience in the healthcare industry
  • Experience selling into hospitals, hospital/health systems, and/or enterprise-level accounts
  • Strong written and oral communication & organizational skills
