- Research and arrange detailed travel plans, preparing travel itineraries and compiling all necessary documents and information for travel and appointments.
- Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner, both in person and over the phone.
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations.
- Follow up on deadline-driven tasks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to client relationships.
- Answer phones and take detailed, accurate messages, ensuring seamless communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and organized files and documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
- FINRA Series 7 license preferred.
- 3+ years of broker/dealer sales support experience preferred.
- Strong commitment to customer service and a positive 'can-do' attitude.
- Basic/working knowledge of general office procedures and equipment, including multi-line phones, FAX, computer, and keyboard skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Professional appearance and demeanor is essential.
Hourly rate of $30-33 an hour while on contract.
