  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations.
  • Follow up on deadline-driven tasks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to client relationships.
  • Answer phones and take detailed, accurate messages, ensuring seamless communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and organized files and documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
  • FINRA Series 7 license preferred.
  • 3+ years of broker/dealer sales support experience preferred.
  • Strong commitment to customer service and a positive 'can-do' attitude.
  • Basic/working knowledge of general office procedures and equipment, including multi-line phones, FAX, computer, and keyboard skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor is essential.
Compensation

Hourly rate of $30-33 an hour while on contract.
