Role Overview:
As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer service inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction with our operations. Your role will involve:
- Handling customer service calls and following up on client requests.
- Assessing client satisfaction with our services and performance.
- Assisting Sales representatives in identifying, educating, and securing new business opportunities.
- Supporting the billing department in the collection of payments from clients.
- Keeping management informed about trends and changes in your area of responsibility.
- Participating in departmental quality assurance initiatives.

Qualifications:
Licensure/Certification:
Must possess a valid driver's license without restrictions.
Experience:
We seek candidates with exceptional communication and customer service abilities, proficient keyboard and computer skills, and accurate data entry capabilities. The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a basic understanding of medical terminology, and demonstrate strong multitasking skills. A minimum of 6 months of experience in a Specimen Processing department is required for consideration.
