As a vital member of our marketing department, you will play a key role in enhancing our brand visibility and engagement. Your primary responsibility will be to craft compelling marketing materials and ensure their effective distribution across various channels. Collaborating closely with the sales team, you will align marketing initiatives with sales objectives, driving overall business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and refine the brand's strategic direction and objectives.
  • Create actionable marketing plans and evaluate proposals for effectiveness.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to uncover market opportunities and challenges.
  • Evaluate the performance of client brands in both operational and strategic contexts.
  • Ensure alignment of processes and resources with the overarching business strategy.
  • Support significant organizational transitions, including strategic shifts and mergers.
  • Advise senior leadership on impactful decision-making.
  • Develop forecasts and analytical frameworks to guide marketing efforts.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and shifts in the market landscape.

Qualifications:

  • 1-4 years of experience in marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
  • Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning.
  • Strong understanding of market research methodologies and data interpretation.
  • Familiarity with business operations and procedural frameworks.
  • Proven ability to think strategically and innovatively.
  • Prior experience in an advertising or marketing agency is advantageous.

Compensation:

Annual salary range of $38,000 to $47,000, commensurate with experience.

  • Performance-based bonuses available.
  • Additional winning bonuses offered.

Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday
