We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager, Retention Marketing to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive consumer retention and lifetime value. As a key member of our eCommerce organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to engage with our customers and promote our brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute retention marketing strategies across email, SMS, and app push channels to drive revenue growth and customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with our marketing organization and eCommerce team to deliver commercial, consumer, and brand goals.
  • Partner with our Consumer Insights & Analytics organization to define consumer segments and targets.
  • Work with our IT organization to evolve and grow our retention channels through technology roadmap and required capabilities.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of related professional experience in retention marketing.
  • Deep experience in retention marketing, familiarity with paid marketing, and strong acumen of consumer and commercial KPIs.
  • Experience defining consumer segments, working with large sets of data, and managing demand backlog with product owners.
  • Knowledge of tools such as SalesForce, Jira, Confluence, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to translate complex technical components into a simple narrative.
