  • Align departmental goals and resource planning with the overarching strategy

Qualifications

  • 1-4 years of experience in marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related discipline
  • Exceptional writing and communication abilities
  • Demonstrated experience as a Strategic Planner
  • Familiarity with market research and data analysis
  • Understanding of business operations and procedures
  • Proven strategic thinking capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience in an advertising or marketing agency is a significant advantage

Compensation

Base Salary: $38,000 - $47,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

  • Performance-based bonuses
  • Incentive bonuses
