Job DescriptionAs a Commercial Relationship Banking Specialist, you'll provide a range of services, including commercial credits and treasury management, to business clients through active business development and relationship management.
Your key responsibilities will include developing and managing a portfolio of high-performing commercial relationships, which may involve C & I lending and/or specialized industry verticals.
You'll be responsible for revenue generation through targeted business development activities, as well as actively marketing specialized industry verticals and C & I opportunities.
Key responsibilities will also include negotiating loan terms and conditions, preparing and presenting credit analysis and recommendations, and conducting credit reviews to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
You'll perform ongoing credit risk management, monitor credits through periodic reviews and analysis, and create awareness of the Bank and its services through community activity.
You may also assist in supervising loan support staff and be responsible for complying with policies, procedures, security requirements, and government regulations.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or other related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 8 years of experience in commercial credit, analysis, or business development.
- Proven ability to develop and manage large and complex new business relationships.
- Excellent relationship management, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to underwrite and structure commercial credits.
- Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations relating to commercial lending and appraisal guidelines.
Our compensation package includes an estimated annual salary of $120,000+ based on location, plus comprehensive employee benefits, including medical, dental, vision, LTD, STD, and life insurance.
We also offer paid vacation time, sick time, and 11 company-paid holidays, as well as a 401(k) plan with up to 4% match and tuition reimbursement opportunities.
