Job Title: Bank Client Support Specialist

Vaco Boston has partnered with a leading bank to fill a Client Support Specialist position. This role involves facilitating the financial security of our members by engaging in needs-based sales and service conversations related to a single Banking line of business or product set.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming member calls and online messages in a fast-paced environment
  • Use effective communication, probing questions, and critical thinking skills to identify member needs and provide suitable solutions
  • Manage multiple tasks, such as navigating between systems and resources efficiently
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our banking products to attract new members and enhance relationships with current members
  • Advise and educate members on banking products and services
  • Deliver outstanding member service by demonstrating empathy, active listening, and professionalism
  • Apply strong time and call management skills to assist members with their banking needs
  • Prioritize continuous improvement and development through coaching and collaboration with your manager and team members
