As a Strategic Financial Partnership Specialist, you'll play a vital role in building strong relationships with our clients, providing personalized financial counsel, and helping them navigate our comprehensive range of banking products and services. To succeed in this role, you'll need a deep understanding of consumer and business banking, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Salary: $72,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Location: Salem, Oregon, with opportunities for remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up.

  • Develop and implement customized financial solutions to meet clients' unique needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements to provide informed guidance to clients.
  • Collaborate with branch team members and partners to deliver seamless client experiences.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 3-4 years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures, and support systems.
  • Proven customer service and interpersonal skills.
