MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Controls Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Building Controls Operations team, you will be responsible for configuring, setting up, and testing building controls systems in commercial buildings to monitor energy usage and stay green.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and write software code to meet project scope, specification, or basic functional requirements.
  • Test mechanical equipment operation and full function of control system components, and document and resolve all issues relating to controls and your project.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in building controls, including pneumatic, electronic, energy management systems, lighting control systems, computerized control systems, and communication networks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
