Deposit Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Deposit Operations Specialist to join our team at Beneficial State Bank. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our deposit services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide back-office support to our branch network and other departments
- Respond to inquiries from bank personnel and identify areas for efficiency improvement
- Develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance with bank policy and deposit-related state and federal regulations
- Support branches and departments in meeting customer service expectations
- Perform audits and reviews as assigned
- Identify and recommend techniques and methods to improve current department and bank procedures and efficiencies
- Assist in the development and implementation of new deposit products and services
- 2-3 years of previous retail banking experience
- 1+ years of previous retail operations experience
- Demonstrated attention to detail, thorough follow-up, and excellent time-management skills
- Well-developed written and communication skills with ability to be effectively organized in a fluid environment
- Self-starter, ability to learn new things, and work with limited supervision
- Prior working knowledge of various products and services supported by the Bank, including all deposit-related regulatory requirements and guidelines
- Computer literacy in Microsoft applications (such as Word and Excel) or any other software programs needed to perform duties
- Exhibited ability to handle multiple priorities
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
