Job Summary

The Corporate Deposit Specialist is a key member of our team at The Bank of San Antonio, responsible for supporting our Relationship Managers in consistently growing our client portfolio. This role requires a high level of customer service, timely and accurate product implementation, communication, coordination, and processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their day-to-day banking needs are met, and they have a point of contact within the bank for their deposit needs.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to enhance clients' financial positions and proactively make calls to customers to promote our services.
  • Business Growth: Generate business needs to assist in meeting business office profitability and ensure clients receive updates within one hour and satisfactory resolutions within 24 hours.
  • Onboarding: Assist with onboarding clients as requested, gathering and reviewing necessary new account and account modification documents from clients in collaboration with Relationship Managers and/or Account Relationship Managers.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate strong product knowledge, able to answer detailed questions from Relationship Managers and clients, and educate on best products and services for clients.
  • Documentation: Create CSR tickets to document any maintenance performed and submit CSR tickets to respective departments for new accounts, account maintenance, account services, or inquiries.
  • Compliance: Ensure all client services and product processing activities are carried out in accordance with all regulatory, legal, and governmental regulations, working with corporate compliance and deposit operations to ensure conformity with bank policies, procedures, and Federal and State regulations and laws.
  • Problem Solving: Utilize problem-solving skills to consistently improve the overall client experience.
  • Adherence to Policies: Adhere to all The Bank of San Antonio policies, procedures, and regulatory and training requirements, regulatory, legal, and governmental regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate).
  • Experience: At least 3 years of banking experience, with loan processing experience being a benefit, and sales or referral experience being useful.
Compensation

$46, $68,000.00
