Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at Brookdale Corporate. As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for generating high-volume recurring streams of new move-in revenue for assigned Brookdale communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate high-volume recurring streams of new move-in revenue for assigned Brookdale communities.
  • Prioritize the outperformance of budgeted sales goals and community revenue targets by efficiently performing all processes and tasks required to close sales.
  • Represent the ideal Brookdale sales professional and promote a mission-driven sales culture.
  • Drive rapid occupancy growth and prioritize rate integrity where assigned by conducting high-quality daily phone and in-person sales calls that convert to move-ins.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field and one to two years of experience.
  • Ability to operate smartphones, personal computers, and related software.
  • Ability to effectively manage time, tasks, and projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to build trust and act honestly in relationships with others.
