Role Overview
Brookdale Corporate is seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Specialist to support occupancy growth in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities throughout San Antonio. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and promoting a mission-driven sales culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate high-volume recurring streams of new move-in revenue for assigned Brookdale communities experiencing non-exempt sales associate vacancies.
  • Prioritize the outperformance of budgeted sales goals and community revenue targets by efficiently performing all processes and tasks required to close sales.
  • Represent the ideal Brookdale sales professional and promote a mission-driven sales culture.
  • Employ unique insights gained within one community's opportunities to optimize sales in the next community assignment.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field and one to two years of experience.
  • Additional years of related work experience may be substituted for the education requirement on a year-for-year basis up to four years.
  • Valid driver's license and frequent car and/or air travel as needed.
