We are seeking a skilled Commercial Roofing Sales Specialist with a background in insurance to join our dynamic team at Lifetime Quality Roofing.

Role Responsibilities:

As a Commercial Roofing Sales Specialist, you will report directly to Branch Leadership and be responsible for driving sales of roofing solutions to commercial clients.

Your role will involve:
- Engaging with property owners to inform them about our roofing offerings, assessing their needs, and recommending suitable products.
- Building and nurturing a robust pipeline of leads through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Conducting thorough inspections of commercial roofs, leveraging your expertise in insurance matters to identify storm damage and evaluate necessary repairs.
- Providing consultative advice on roofing and insurance restoration, guiding clients through to the final agreement.
- Preparing and delivering detailed proposals that outline suggested repairs and restoration services.
- Fostering and maintaining positive relationships with clients, insurance adjusters, and other key stakeholders involved in the restoration process.
- Keeping precise and current records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial roofing sales.
- Exceptional customer service abilities.
- Strong organizational skills.
- A clean driving record.
- Willingness to travel as required (approximately 25%).
- Comprehensive understanding of insurance claims processes.
