Our company caters to both residential and commercial property owners, addressing their roofing and solar requirements.In light of our ongoing growth and internal promotions, we are seeking a Commercial Insurance Specialist who aspires to become a future leader within our team.
Role Overview
Reporting directly to Branch Leadership, the Commercial Roofing Sales Specialist will be tasked with enhancing the sales of roofing solutions and services to commercial clients.
This role necessitates a solid understanding of the roofing sector coupled with exceptional customer service abilities.The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess a clean driving record, and have a proven track record in commercial roofing sales, particularly with a strong grasp of insurance claims processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with property owners to inform them about our roofing offerings, evaluate their roofing requirements, and suggest suitable products.
- Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of leads through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct inspections of commercial roofs, utilizing expertise in insurance dealings to identify storm-related damage and evaluate necessary repairs.
- Provide expert guidance on roofing and insurance restoration, assisting clients through to the finalization of contracts.
- Prepare and deliver detailed proposals that outline recommended repairs and restoration services.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients, insurance adjusters, and other key stakeholders involved in the restoration process.
- Keep accurate and current records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial roofing sales.
- Willingness to travel as required (approximately 25%).
- Comprehensive understanding of insurance claims.
Compensation and Benefits:
