Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Penhall Company Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction process, from bid preparation to project completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, including safety, quality, and schedule risks.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, including training and development.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project progress and quality.
  • Prepare and present project reports, including status updates, financials, and performance metrics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Proficiency in project management software, including Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
