Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically planning and executing construction methodologies for various aspects of high-rise residential projects, including scheduling, productivity enhancements, and site logistics.
- Selecting and overseeing field personnel to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitoring project costs and productivity metrics.
- Coordinating on-site manpower, materials, and equipment effectively.
- Developing, tracking, and implementing the project construction plan and timeline.
- Supervising, training, and mentoring field staff to foster growth and efficiency.
- Upholding our commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Organizing and managing all subcontractor activities to ensure seamless operations.
- Overseeing project close-out processes, including final inspections, addressing deficiencies, warranty work, and site restoration.
- Collaborating with owners to ensure compliance with contract specifications.
- Participating in the development and review of work plans for major and high-risk activities.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills is preferred.
- Experience with Water/Wastewater Treatment Plants is advantageous.
