Position Overview:
Accentuate Staffing is in search of a skilled Administrative Manager and Financial Coordinator for a dynamic client. This role encompasses overseeing office functions while executing vital accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a solid grasp of accounting principles, exceptional organizational capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable operations.
  • Conduct credit card reconciliations to verify accurate transaction records.
  • Ensure timely processing of bill payments and check deposits.
  • Monitor and reconcile broker commissions and splits for precise reporting and payment.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the brokerage team, including scheduling and client communications.
  • Manage office supplies, maintaining inventory levels within budget constraints.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and repair activities.
  • Organize and maintain both physical and digital records and files.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements as required.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Enhance office communication to improve workflow and efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as an Office Manager, Bookkeeper, or in a comparable position.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Experience with Yardi is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Experience in the real estate or brokerage sector is a plus.
