Job Objective
The main objective of this role is to guarantee the efficient management and supervision of financial transactions and procurement processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Initiate and execute financial transactions, including reconciling p-card statements and processing reimbursements, while ensuring compliance with established policies.
2. Oversee the complete process of technology-related acquisitions, from order placement to tracking and delivery confirmation.
3. Monitor expenditures and balances across various fund types, ensuring fund availability prior to processing and approving spending requests.
4. Assist with travel arrangements and reimbursements as necessary.

Additional Duties
Participate in various projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Essential Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in financial reconciliation, procurement, and contract management.
- Strong grasp of fiscal management principles and budgeting practices.
- Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and Google Workspace.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a research or academic setting.
- Familiarity with financial management software.

Required License or Certification
A valid NC Driver's License is required.
