  • Provide detailed explanations of various apartment unit options
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents

  • Facilitate the leasing process for new residents
  • Prepare lease documentation and assist with move-in logistics
  • Input resident information into the internal database
  • Implement sales and marketing strategies to boost property traffic

  • Organize and participate in resident activities and events

Essential Requirements:
  • Full-time availability with rotating weekday hours; Monday - Friday; 9 AM - 5 PM
  • Weekend availability is required
  • Willingness to participate in monthly after-hours resident events
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a leasing role or a fast-paced customer-facing environment
