Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

The SF Staffing Solutions company is seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling all customer contact received by telephone, in writing, and in person. This includes troubleshooting inquiries, following up with customers on issues that cannot be resolved immediately, and handling all customer inquiries by telephone regarding verbal reporting of results, concerns of service failures, and other duties to provide customer satisfaction.

We are looking for an individual who understands the importance of Quality Service and how it is measured. Prior customer service experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year (based on location and experience).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle all customer contact received by telephone, in writing, and in person.
