Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Outreach Engagement Specialist to join our Supervised Release Program team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively engage with diverse communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Develop and implement outreach strategies to establish relationships with community stakeholders.">
  • Provide direct support to participants in the Supervised Release Program, addressing their needs and promoting compliance with program requirements.">
  • Foster collaborative relationships with community organizations and stakeholders to leverage resources and support program goals.">
  • Conduct outreach visits to identify participants and establish trustful relationships that encourage compliance with pretrial supervision release conditions.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; one to two years of experience in community outreach preferred.">
  • Fluency in Spanish required.">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.">
