Key Responsibilities
  • Outreach and Engagement: Develop and implement outreach strategies to connect with individuals in need of harm reduction services, including those affected by substance use disorders.
  • Harm Reduction Services: Provide training on harm reduction techniques, such as Narcan administration and overdose prevention, to individuals and community groups.
  • Service Coordination: Facilitate connections to vital services, including treatment programs, support groups, and other resources.
  • Crisis Intervention: Provide crisis intervention and support to individuals in need, including emergency response and referrals to crisis services.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience working with diverse populations, preferably in a harm reduction or social services context.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Education: High school diploma required; relevant certifications or training in harm reduction, counseling, or social work preferred.
Compensation and Benefits

Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as retirement savings options and paid time off. The estimated salary for this position is $52,000-57,500, commensurate with experience. We offer a dynamic work environment and opportunities for professional growth and development.
