Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Assistant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our state-of-the-art campuses, ensuring seamless operations and a positive working environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to make a meaningful contribution to our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of facilities, including janitorial, general maintenance, and groundskeeping tasks.
- Supervise a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal facility condition.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and a positive working environment.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective use of facilities.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in janitorial, general maintenance, groundskeeping, building trades, and supervisorial roles.
- Spanish bilingual skills (required).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
